Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am going to have to cancel the Annual Biskit Brushing Party! :( I am very sorry if this has caused anyone any inconvenience! I HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT.  HERE IS MY PLATFORM:
 
(1)  Press 1 for English is immediately banned.  English is the official language.  You can either speak it or you can wait at the border until you can speak it.
 
(2)  We will immediately go into a two-year isolationist posture to straighten out the country's attitude.
NO imports, no exports!  We will use the 'WalMart' policy:  'If we ain't got it, you don't need it.'
 
(3)  When imports are allowed again, there will be a 100% import tax on all imports.
 
(4)  All retired military personnel will be required to man one of our many observation towers on the southern border  (Six month tour).  They will be under strict orders NOT to fire on SOUTHBOUND aliens.
 
(5)  Social Security will immediately return to its original state.  If you didn't put nuttin' in, you ain't getting' nuttin' out'a it.  Neither the president nor any other politician will be allowed to touch it.
 
(6)  Welfare - Checks will be handed out on Fridays at the end of the 40 hour school week and the successful completion of a urinalysis and a passing grade.
 
(7)  Professional Athletes Steroids and other banned substances - The FIRST time you check positive you will be banned for life.  No appeals, no reprieves.
 
(8)  Crime - We will adopt the Turkish method:  The first time you steal, you lose your right hand.  There will be no more life sentences -- if you are convicted of a Capitol Offense, you will be put to death by the same method you chose for your victim, gun, knife, strangulation, etc.
 
(9)  Only one export will be allowed - Wheat -- The world needs to eat.  The price for a bushel of wheat will change daily, and it will be the same exact price as a barrel of oil.
 
(10)  All foreign aid using American taxpayer money will immediately cease, and the saved money will pay off the national debt and will ultimately lower taxes.  When disasters occur around the world, we'll ask the American people if they want to donate to a disaster fund, and each citizen can make the decision whether it's a worthy cause, and whether or not he or she wants to donate to it.
 
(11)  The Pledge of Allegiance will be said every day at school and every day in Congress -- right after a prayer to God.
 
(12)  The real National Anthem will be played at all appropriate ceremonies, sporting events, outings, etc.  There will be no 'artistic changes' to it by any 'artist.'  Anyone changing the words OR the melody in any way, shape or form, will spend a year in jail, with no parole or shortened term.

Snowmobiles destined for city streets

SAULT STE. MARIE — The Sault Ste. Marie City Commission got its first look at a new proposed snowmobile ordinance, entered into an ambulance service agreement with War Memorial Hospital and discussed consolidating police services at Monday’s regular meeting.

The proposed ordinance will open up the vast majority of city streets and alleyways to snowmobile traffic, requiring operators to travel at a rate that is reasonable and proper — but not to exceed 20 miles-per-hour. Snowmobiles will also be required to operate on the far right portion of the roadway and must come to a complete stop at each and every intersection.

Okay, sorry if I come off childish. I sure wouldn't want to offend David. I wish I could give you a nice, bright and beautiful Monday morning update, but I cannot! Take a moment and check out this piece of white shit! Then after you look at his mug, crimes and conditions of parole (Complete Sub Abuse Treatment Program as referred by agent), continue on down and read the story below! And you all wonder why I am for chain gangs, beatings, castration and the death penalty. I wonder if the DOC will give my mother some medication to help her with her arthritis? To hold her over? Of course we can't help out the good hard working tax paying residents, but we can give these scumbags all the meds they need! This crap blows my mind! Oh, sorry, I am being childish again! Jackson Substance Death

A parolee is back behind bars after being charged with giving his nephew a drug that killed him. Prosecutors say it happened just minutes after he was released from prison.

Hank Zavislak, Jackson Co. Prosecutor: "This is really a record in terms of how soon after parole a homicide occurs."

A record allegedly set last June, when Terry Lee Pinks, was released on parole from the Southern Michigan Correctional Facility. The Department of Corrections says right before leaving prison, Pinks was given a thirty day supply of the prescription drug methadone to treat a serious health problem.

Russ Marlin, MI Department of Corrections: "He was receiving meds in prison and we gave him a supply to tie him over and address health once he left."

Police say Pinks allegedly got into a car with his brother and nephew and before they left the parking lot he shared a lethal dose of the methadone with his nephew, Justin Pinks. The Jackson County prosecutor says just hours later, Justin died from the overdose, which leaves him with many questions.

Hank Zavislak, Jackson Co. Prosecutor: "It raises the whole issue of parole."

This isn't the first time Terry Lee Pinks has been in trouble with the law. He has a criminal record that includes nine felony convictions.

Hank Zavislak, Jackson Co. Prosecutor: "He's a parolee with two bottles of a deadly drug, that strikes me as not a good way to run a railroad."

But the Department of Corrections says Pinks' sentence was up.

Russ Marlin, MI Department of Corrections: "That's silly to say the system was at fault for this individual's bad choice."

But none the less, it's a choice that left one man dead. Pinks is charged with delivery of a controlled substance causing death. It's not yet known when he will be back in court.

I remember where I was 31 years ago today. I was just a little Biskit riding in a truck, heading back toward Grand Marais. The radio was playing non stop Elvis music and the radio announcer reported that the King has passed away. As we pulled into the tiny little town of Grand Marias, my Father came out of the house with a shocked look on his face and asked my Mom, "Have you heard what happened?" She replied, "Yeah, Elvis has died." We then went inside and watched coverage on CBS. All of us cried. I was seven years old. Others remember where they were at. Long live the King! His spirit will always be alive! Elvis was a great American and if he were alive today, he would not be for this far left wacko! Long live the King! God Bless you Elvis and thank's for everything that you gave and continue to give us.

When George W. Bush and Dick Cheney took office, some outdoor users celebrated while others braced themselves for conflict. As the Bush administration winds down, there have been few surprises or notable conservation successes.
Gun-rights advocates who place the Second Amendment above conservation are no doubt delighted. Off-highway vehicle and snowmobile groups should be pleased with the bent toward multiple use of public lands, rulings against those who would ban snowmobiles from Yellowstone National Park, and decreased funding for agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service who don't have the manpower to enforce regulations.

GAYLORD TO CHEBOYGAN TRAIL NEWS

Snowmobiling has been allowed on the 11 mile section along west Mullet Lake for the last two years. The Department of Natural Resources will evaluate the use of snowmobiles on this segment of trail, including compliance with the restrictions, following two full seasons of snowmobile use.

The restrictions were to close the trail to all snowmobile traffic from midnight to 8 AM, and have a speed limit for the whole 12 mile stretch of 35 MPH.

The special land use orders were signed by Rebecca A. Humphries, director of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) two years ago. The evaluation of the impact of snowmobiling will be conducted this month and any change to the order allowing snowmobiling will be brought to the Natural Resource Commission.

Over the last two years the department has continually received complaints about snowmobiling from the same handful of residents along the trail. Law enforcement officials have noted a few violations for curfew, and speeding. These violations and complaints will most likely be weighed by the department against the value that snowmobiler's have brought to the area, as well as the maintenance the clubs along the trail have done.

MSA needs you to get out your pen and let the department know that you want the trail to stay open to snowmobilers. If you have ridden the trail, your ride will speak for itself. If not, here are a few ideas. The grade is the only permanent way to get from Gaylord to the bridge through the center of the state. Private land, swamp and lakes make all other routes suspect. The value that snowmobile dollars bring to the businesses in northern Lower Michigan allows them to stay open.

Man charged in second child-sex assault

A suspected illegal immigrant arrested Sunday night is accused of his second sexual assault on a child in less than three years, according to law-enforcement authorities and public records. Raul Jesus Mendoza, 19, is accused of coaxing a 12-year-old girl into the bedroom of a friend's apartment during a party there last weekend, said Greeley Police Sgt. Joe Tymkowych. There, he allegedly fondled and raped the girl. "Some witnesses opened the bedroom door and saw what was going on and told him to stop and get out of there," Tymkowych said. The girl told her parents Sunday, and Mendoza was arrested a short time later. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has requested that local authorities hold onto Mendoza, whom they believe to be a Mexican national. No bond has been set for Mendoza, according to Weld County Jail records. Police: Man shot churchgoers over liberal views

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - An unemployed man accused of opening fire with a shotgun and killing two people at a Unitarian church apparently targeted the congregation out of hatred for its liberal social policies, police said Monday. Knoxville Police Chief Sterling Owen IV said a letter had been been recovered from the SUV of Jim D. Adkisson, 58, by investigators seeking clues about the motive behind the attack. Authorities said he was an apparent stranger to the Tennessee church where gunfire punctuated a children's performance based on the musical "Annie." Biskit's Manifesto for America

Domestic

A. Cut Federal Income Taxes by 2 percent per year over four years, for a minimum total of 8 percent over four years.

B. Reduce Federal Government Departments in size by 4 percent each year, for a total reduction of size by 16 percent over four years.

C. Eliminate all public assistance for able-bodied recipients. Cut off all public assistance for immigrants for five years. Repatriate those who are not working, after two years.

D. Immediately impose tariffs on cars and trucks owned by foreign entities, even if they’re manufactured in America.

E. Cause illegal aliens to build a wall between the United States and Mexico, and then, repatriate them. Pay them a one-time worker fee.

K. Encourage child bearing among tax paying citizens. Create a marriage incentive, through lower taxes for married heterosexual couples. And a government subsidy for each child conceived and carried to birth. Increase the subsidies for each year the couple remains married.

L. Repatriate all illegal immigrants now incarcerated. Encourage all other illegals to self-repatriate through double taxation on wages and fines on employers.

M. Make mandatory death sentence, (one time appeal) for all premeditated murders and first offense child molesters. Chemical castration for all rapist and if one is caught stealing, start chopping off fingers one at a time, also served with a prison sentence.

International

A. Iraq. Send in Iraqi troops to mop up pockets of resistance. Make Iraq pay with their oil for the cost of the war. Cordon off Sadr City, force all residents to leave, then go in and mop up all resistance fighters. Divide Iraq into three to four sectors; Sunni, Shiite, Kurd, and International. Next, remove all U.S. troops after above achieved.

B. Iran. One, sanctions embargoes and mine their harbors. Nothing goes in, nothing comes out.

C. North Korea. Destroy their launching platforms, impose a Naval blockade on all goods coming in or out, except food.

D. Israel Arab Entities. Give Israel four years to become self-sufficient. Cut off all foreign aid to all nations.

E. China. 20 percent tariffs on all China made goods immediately; rising by 5 percent each year for each year China refuses to revalue their currency.

F. United Nations. Withdraw immediately. Remove all Diplomats and staff. Convert the United Nations building into housing for the working poor.

G. Mexico. Force Mexico to pay one barrel of oil for every illegal alien in the United States of America per month.

The senator's Berlin speech was radical and naive.

SEN. BARACK OBAMA said in an interview the day after his Berlin speech that it "allowed me to send a message to the American people that the judgments I have made and the judgments I will make are ones that are going to result in them being safer." If that is what the senator thought he was doing, he still has a lot to learn about both foreign policy and the views of the American people.
